Cream Beauty products are made in the United States. 

None of Cream Beauty products are tested on animals, ever.

Yes, Cream Beauty uses natural and organic ingredients. Our team of chemists leverage science, expertise and nature to deliver the most potent clinical grade formulations in facial care. Comprised of the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world, to ensure its safe and effective.  Our face care products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, talc-free, cruelty-free, vegan gluten free and made with natural and organic ingredients.  

All of Cream Beauty's face, body wash and select lip products are 100% vegan. We have vegetarian lip balms which include Beeswax.

We’re doing our part to be earth conscious with lip balm tubes made with 30% less plastic than conventional tubes. We manufacture a large portion of our products, including our soaps and balms with renewable & solar energy. With the purchase of our products you support the planting of native plants and trees.

Our face care products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, talc-free, cruelty-free, vegan gluten free and made with natural and organic ingredients.  Our Castile Soaps are cruelty free Vegan, toxin, gluten free. Free of harsh chemicals, synthetic ingredients and preservatives.

The majority of our lip balms are certified organic. All are made with sourced raw material that have not been genetically modified. Our sunscreen products are made with certified organic ingredients that meet NSF/ANSI 305 Organic Standards. 100% Gluten free, Cruelty Free, with vegan/vegetarian options.

Delivery & Shipping

Be sure to send an email to support@thecreambeauty.com as soon as you can with all details including your order number and your updated address. The more information you give us, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line to ensure our team can action this as quickly as possible.

Orders submitted on thecreambeauty.com process and ship very quickly therefore we will do our best to modify an existing order however please keep in mind that your order may already have been shipped, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and the weight of your order at checkout.

Processing takes 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday not including holidays.

Cream Beauty only ships products within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a link to track your order.

If your product doesn't arrive on time, please go to the contact us page and submit a inquiry.

Refunds & Returns

Purchases made on Thecreambeauty.com may be accepted within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting support@thecreambeauty.com. We will provide shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling are the customers responsibilities. After we receive your return item with original packing slip, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition. Damaged or defective products will be ship to you free of charge. Items marked as final sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
